Rising WWE star claims Becky Lynch did not bury her; speaks highly of The Man
Becky Lynch has been away from WWE TV and there's no telling when The Man will return to the company. Tiffany Stratton recently spoke about Lynch and addressed popular misconceptions.
Last year, Tiffany Stratton received a major break in the Stamford-based promotion when she became the NXT Women's Champion. The run was further fueled by a feud with Becky Lynch on the developmental brand, where The Man eventually dethroned The Buff Barbie.
Later, Stratton got a rematch for the title at NXT No Mercy 2023, which she lost. In an interview on Ring The Belle, Tiffany Stratton addressed the misconceptions of Becky Lynch burying her on NXT. The current Ms. Money in the Bank spoke highly of The Man and stated that 'Tiffy Time' wouldn't exist without her feud with Lynch.
"Becky [Lynch] did not bury me. She's the GOAT. Becky definitely elevated me in ways that nobody else on the roster could. In that match [No Mercy 2023], I came out more of a superstar than I was before I went out (...) Becky helped me. She pushed me to get there. I honestly owe a lot to Becky. She truly made Tiffy Time," Stratton said. [From 03:06 to 03:38]

Becky Lynch hasn't appeared on WWE TV since May 2024
Earlier this year, Becky Lynch climbed back to the top of the women's division as she went head-to-head against Rhea Ripley. After failing against Mami, she returned to WWE and captured the vacant Women's World Championship.
In the coming weeks, she feuded with Liv Morgan for the gold. At King and Queen of the Ring 2024, she dropped the title to Morgan thanks to Dominik Mysterio's interference.
Similar antics took place when the two fought off each other inside a steel cage for the title. Later, The Man went on a hiatus from WWE and Triple H seemingly confirmed her status with the Stamford-based promotion.
"So when we look at where we are right now and how much excitement there is, and you still start thinking about; We don't have Roman [Reigns], we don't have Charlotte Flair, Becky [Lynch] is out on a hiatus right now," he said.
