Roman Reigns dragged for vanity post following WWE SmackDown brawl
Roman Reigns is back full-time on WWE SmackDown as he and Jimmy Uso plot revenge on Solo Sikoa and the rest of his Bloodline henchmen. Reigns has received strong babyface reactions since returning, but now the WWE Universe is calling him out for an embarrassing backstage scene.
Big Jim returned to SmackDown for last week's post-Bad Blood show. Reigns called on the WWE Universe to acknowledge his cousin and expressed excitement for the future. However, Uso was honest about how bad things are, labeling Roman a Chief without a tribe. Jimmy's younger brother then defeated him in his return match, and while Roman tried to make the save, the Solo-led four-on-two beatdown was too much. Jimmy repeated the fact that he and Roman needed help as the show ended.
The Original Tribal Chief was doing his hair while Jimmy was fighting to stay alive, according to some of the lighthearted accusations aimed at Reigns this week. The 39-year-old took to his own TikTok page and shared footage from the Gorilla Position at last week's SmackDown in Greenville, showing how he does his hair before going out. Reigns captioned the post with a humorous Samoan line and attached the instrumental version of Dr. Dre's "Xxplosive" single as the post theme.
The WWE Universe was quick to troll The Head of the Table in the comments section. The most-liked comment points out how Jimmy was fighting to stay in the match while Roman was working on his mane. This was determined by commentary from Michael Cole and Corey Graves, which could be heard in the background.
"Trade Secrets. The Samoan Hand Brush," Roman Reigns wrote with the video below.
The majority of the jabs at Reigns were friendly and easy-going. A few fans gave Roman a new nickname: The Tribal Diva. Another fan joked about Reigns having the prettiest hair in WWE, while others went back and forth about how Big Jim was fighting for his life while Roman was worried about his hair.
The Bloodline's female fans left numerous comments. Several Reigns fans quipped about how good-looking he is, and others admitted the unbelievable number of times they watched the video.
Jey Uso to defend on WWE RAW
Jey Uso returned to WWE SmackDown on tonight's show, and several developments to The Bloodline went down. Jey walked out on The Bloodline and the blue brand on August 11, 2023, and joined RAW a short time later.
Main Event Jey is set to defend the Intercontinental Championship on Monday's RAW. He will go up against former champion Bron Breakker, whom Jey dethroned on September 23.
RAW will mark Uso's second title defense as he retained over Xavier Woods on October 7. Uso has also retained over Breakker in one dark match and six non-televised live event matches since the title change.
