Roman Reigns' return hints at the entry of two more Samoans in WWE, believes veteran (Exclusive)

WWE SummerSlam this year saw the return of Roman Reigns after a lengthy hiatus, much to the fans' surprise. According to a veteran, this may point toward two more Samoan names, who may be on their way to joining the active scene.

Immediately following his return, Roman made a beeline for Solo Sikoa to take him down, which led to Cody Rhodes picking up the win at the main event. Furthermore, the latest episode of SmackDown also saw Reigns attack Solo and his allies, coming out on top despite the odds. However, it is fair to say that the numbers disadvantage may be too much for the Original Tribal Chief in the future.

Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's The Wrestling Time Machine show hosted by Mac Davis, veteran journalist Bill Apter speculated that Lance Anoa'i and although he seemed doubtful, even Zilla Fatu could join Roman Reigns to even the odds. In addition to Jey and Jimmy Uso.

"You know there was no Jey Uso on this card for some reason, I don't know why. But he was in town. He was on SmackDown the night before. He was in the building with some other Samoan people [...] I think just seeing them in town, is that Roman Reigns, Jey Uso, maybe Zilla Fatu, nah he might be too much of a heel for Roman's side. Lance Anoa'i and maybe Jimmy Uso, coming back, I think that's where this is going," he said. [3:33 onwards]

Roman Reigns may not be present at the next WWE PLE, believes another veteran

According to former RAW talk host Matt Camp, the Original Tribal Chief will probably not be participating at the upcoming WWE premium live event, Bash in Berlin.

Speaking on his The Wrestling Matt podcast, Camp stated that the next extravaganza to feature Reigns could potentially be in Saudi Arabia, or even at the WWE Survivor Series: Wargames later this year.

"He's on SmackDown this week. He's on SmackDown next week. Is he on Bash in Berlin? I would guess no. I don't think they need him. I think he'll be on the next Saudi show. I would guess he's on Survivor Series. I could be wrong about that. They're running a significantly big place in Vancouver," he said. [53:28 - 53:56]

For now, only time will tell what the creative department of WWE plans to do with Roman Reigns next and who his allies could possibly turn out to be.
