Roman Reigns' return could lead to ultimate faceoff; wrestling veteran excited about WWE's future (Exclusive)
Former WWE manager Dutch Mantell spoke about Roman Reigns eventually returning to assume control over the Bloodline. The star hasn't been on TV since WrestleMania XL.
In the absence of Roman, Solo Sikoa has emerged as the new leader of the faction. He took on the mantle of the "Tribal Chief" and even inducted new members such as Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Jacob Fatu.
On the latest episode of Smack Talk, Mantell mentioned he would enjoy seeing Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa face-to-face. The wrestling veteran questioned who would be the real Tribal Chief when the two stars confronted each other. He felt WWE had several ways of addressing the feud and could be creative with the angle.
"What I would like is for Solo and Roman to face off. And who's gonna acknowledge who? What they've done is they've opened all these doors so we're not locked in a corner. They got different ways to go and they'll bring it all together at SummerSlam and going further down the road," said Mantell. [From 16:52 onwards]
Solo Sikoa will now have a chance to win the Undisputed WWE Championship after current champion Cody Rhodes gave him a title opportunity for SummerSlam.
It will be interesting to see if Roman Reigns shows up at SummerSlam after the epic clash.
