Roman Reigns still has resentment towards 39-year-old major WWE Superstar, claims analyst

Roman Reigns and The Usos recently lost to Solo Sikoa's Bloodline at Crown Jewel. WWE analyst Sam Roberts claimed the Original Tribal Chief and one of his partners still resent each other.

Last month, Jimmy Uso returned to WWE at Bad Blood after several months of absence and reunite with Reigns. The two later embarked on a mission to convince Jey Uso to join them against Sikoa's Bloodline. After The Bloodline cost Jey his Intercontinental Championship, he retaliated by costing Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa the WWE Tag Team Title. The YEET Master then agreed to team up with his twin brother and the Original Tribal Chief at Crown Jewel after the latter agreed to treat The Usos as equals.

Despite Reigns and Jey teaming together, Roberts claimed the two superstars' relationship remains rocky. He stated that the two still resent each other, each for his own reasons:

"So, Jey trusts Jimmy. And Jey has his own rivalry with this new Bloodline. But I don't think Jey specifically thinks that Roman should have the Ula Fala back. I don't think Jey's forgiven Roman Reigns. And I think Roman Reigns is aware of that and has resentment towards it. Roman Reigns is aware that Jey quit on him. Roman Reigns is aware that Jey still has resentment towards him. Roman Reigns is aware that three weeks ago, he told Jey he was proud of him and Jey walked away and said, 'No Yeet!'" Roberts said.

The Original Tribal Chief was spotted seemingly unpleased as the former Intercontinental Champion made his entrance in Saudi Arabia. The 41-year-old analyst pointed out that Reigns looked at his cousin with "pure hateration":

"Roman doesn't like that Jey got introduced second. He was looking at him with pure hateration. Total hater. Roman doesn't like that Jey gets to do his YEET stuff. Roman doesn't like that Jey is showing up in pink and turquoise instead of black and red. But he's gotta deal with it because he knows he needs Jey." [From 27:22 to 28:17]

Ex-WWE host addressed the future of Jey Uso's relationship with Roman Reigns

While Jey Uso and Roman Reigns fought side-by-side at Crown Jewel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the two are expected to be on the same team again at Survivor Series as many fans and experts predicted that the OG Bloodline would square off against Solo Sikoa's Bloodline in a WarGames match at the upcoming premium live event.

On the Busted Open podcast, former WWE host Matt Camp claimed Jey's alliance with Reigns should not last long:

"I don't think it should be anything that stands for a long period of time. I think Sami should go his separate ways. As I said, you wanna keep Jey at the level he is at, which is right now in the conversation of most popular superstar in WWE. You don't want him connected to Roman for too long. He should be able to continue to thrive and prosper on Monday Night RAW away from Roman Reigns. That's the only way he's gonna grow," he said.

It would be interesting to see what's next for Reigns and The Usos after their defeat to Sikoa and his associates at Crown Jewel.
