What exactly did Randy Orton say to Matt Riddle?
Orton allegedly keeps asking Matt Riddle if he wants to come back to WWE. Riddle said that he told Orton he might come back someday. He also added that things were "really good" and that he was focusing on himself.
“I talked to Randy probably a week and a half, two weeks ago about an arcade, we talked about some other stuff, just hanging out. He always asks me if I wanna come back, and I’m like, ‘Maybe one day.’ Right now, with the kid and everything, I’m enjoying my time, and I’m trying to get my life all together. Not that you’ll ever get your life together, but yeah, you know, things have been really good. I’m focusing a lot on myself and other things," said Riddle. [H/T: WrestleZone]
Orton made his big WWE return at Survivor Series: WarGames 2023. By then, it had been about two months since Riddle's release. The duo shared a strong bond in and out of the ring and fans would love to see them compete as a tag team again, somewhere down the line.
