Drew McIntyre reveals why he is targeting Sami Zayn ahead of WWE Saturday Night's Main Event

RAW star Drew McIntyre recently disclosed why he attacked Sami Zayn and Jey Uso.

In a video package on the red brand earlier this month, the 39-year-old opened up on his decision to go after Zayn and Main Event Jey on WWE RAW. The former champion noted that he had a problem with Zayn and Jey Uso agreeing to help Roman Reigns after everything he had done to them in the past.

"Then I turned on Survivor Series and I saw Roman Reigns standing side by side with CM Punk and who was by their side? Sami, Jimmy, and Jey. Their stupid fingers in the air. After everything, Roman just snaps his fingers, they put their tail between their legs. They run right by his side. At least CM Punk took a bribe, they all sold out for absolutely nothing. That's when I knew I had to come back. That's when I knew I was gonna take out Sami. That's when I knew I was gonna take out Jey Uso," said McIntyre.

Drew McIntyre has not been in action since his loss to CM Punk at WWE Bad Blood. It will be interesting to see if the veteran can defeat Sami Zayn at Saturday Night's Main Event.
