Sami Zayn was threatened by Bronson Reed on WWE RAW, according to wrestling veteran (Exclusive)

Sami Zayn is set to face Bronson Reed and Chad Gable in a Triple Threat match for the Intercontinental Championship on May 25. The three stars have crossed paths multiple times in the past few weeks. On Monday's RAW, Zayn locked horns with Gable in a singles bout and was confronted by Reed in a backstage segment. Bill Apter has now shared his thoughts on the interaction.

Gable secured a win over The Master Strategist after a cheap shot from Alpha Academy member, Otis. After the contest, Zayn came face to face with The Auszilla.

Reviewing the segment on Sportskeeda Wrestling's Legion of RAW, Bill Apter said Bronson Reed came across as a major threat to Zayn during their backstage interaction.

"I found out that the Bronson Reed-Sami Zayn thing was classy. There was no physical reaction. It was threatening to Sami Zayn. I felt he felt (...) Bronson Reed made him feel threatened. I felt that was good." (55:21 - 55:38)

Apter further praised Otis' role in the backstage segment. During their exchange, the Intercontinental Champion urged the 32-year-old to part ways with Chad Gable.
