Seth Rollins hints at imminent retirement following WWE Crown Jewel

After a brutal encounter, Seth Rollins was able to defeat Bronson Reed at WWE Crown Jewel this weekend. However, Father Time may finally be catching up to the former Shield member.

It has been 12 years since Rollins made his WWE debut and it seems like the star is approaching the point where he is questioning how long he has left in the ring. Following his match last night, The Visionary spoke to MBC Loud where he apparently teased that he is close to calling it a day.

"Don’t make me feel any older than I am. I’ve been at this now in WWE for 12 years, so I suppose it makes sense, I just appreciate the love, the more I get from them the more I'm able to put on and I don’t know, honestly how much gas I got left in the tank. you know I’m closer to the end than the beginning, So, I’m just trying to give everything I got every time I go out there,” said Rollins.

Seth has spent the better part of 2024 on the injury list after suffering an injury earlier in the year that kept him sidelined ahead of WrestleMania. Rollins was then injured at the biggest event of the year and sidelined for another few weeks before making his return and being taken out again by Bronson Reed.

Will Seth Rollins retire in 2025 like John Cena and Goldberg?

Seth Rollins' career has been plagued with injuries. His knees and back issues have become a repetitive problem. It seems like The Visionary now has a decision to make about his future with many fans already believing that his wife Becky Lynch has called time on her career.

Meanwhile, John Cena made his return earlier this year to announce his retirement tour that will kick off in January 2025. On the other hand, recent reports have claimed that WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg might also make his return for one last time to have his retirement match.

With John Cena and Goldberg officially set to retire in 2025, could Seth Rollins be another name on that list?
