Seth Rollins, Renee Paquette, & more react to Becky Lynch apparently announcing her retirement from WWE and wrestling

Seth Rollins and multiple other stars have now reacted to Becky Lynch's latest announcement. Lynch just shook the entire wrestling world with her Instagram post where she appeared to have just announced her retirement from WWE and in-ring action.

After losing the WWE Women's World Championship and then again losing her rematch in a steel cage match against Liv Morgan to get it back, Lynch walked away from WWE. The star's contract had come to an end and she decided to not sign a new one, choosing to walk away instead.

She was silent about her future in the ring, but fans just assumed she was taking a hiatus before she returned to WWE again.

Now though, after her biography aired on A&E, the star has put up a post on Instagram that appears to be announcing her retirement once and for all. She thanked fans for the honor of being The Man and said that now it was her privilege to be her child's mother.

She added that it had been a "helluva" career.

"It’s been a helluva career. Being The Man for all of you was an honor, being the mom for her is a privilege. Thanks for watching my bio on @AETV."

Multiple WWE stars have now reacted to the post. Her husband, Seth Rollins, reacted as well, putting up the post on his story, without any comment. Other WWE stars like Maryse, Natalya, and alumni like Torrie Wilson and Renee Paquette, all reacted to it. Torrie told her that she was such an inspiration, while Natalya though, appeared to be saying that there was more to come from Lynch.

If Becky Lynch has retired, her last match was historic

There have been a few women's main events closing out WWE RAW. There have also been a few women's steel cage matches.

However, Becky Lynch, if she has indeed retired, will then have wrestled in one of the very few women's steel cage matches main eventing RAW as her retirement match.

She lost the match and her title opportunity to Liv Morgan, thanks to Dominik Mysterio, but it was a big moment for her nonetheless. She walked away with her head held high.
