Seth Rollins shared his secret of making his marriage with Lynch work. He said that they needed to have time just for themselves, even if it was for only 30 minutes, sitting and talking with each other, to hear where they were in their heads. It was about checking in and that gave them an emotional intimacy that really made them work.
"When we do have that non-work, non baby time, that's just like our time. Even if that's just like a half-hour, to sit and have a conversation, like how's your day? Because even when we're working together, we're kinda like working adjacent, and not working in unison. So, it's just like checking in, how are you, how are you feeling, about everything? How's life? Even if that conversation is 15-30 minutes, that's an emotional intimacy that I think keeps us on the same page, and we know where each other is at at the end of the day and heading into the next day," he said.
