Shawn Michaels breaks silence following debuts of current TNA champion and ex-AEW star on WWE NXT
WWE Hall of Famer and NXT's Creative Head Shawn Michaels has shared a hilarious tweet after tonight's events. He hinted that he's 'cooking' by sharing a throwback image.
On tonight's edition of WWE NXT, Jordynne Grace of TNA Wrestling was announced as Roxanne Perez's opponent at NXT Battleground 2024. Grace appeared and cut a promo making it clear that she will leave Las Vegas with two title belts. For those unaware, Grace is the current TNA Knockouts World Champion. Also, American rapper Sexyy Red made an appearance on the show and unveiled the NXT Women's North American Title.
Additionally, former AEW star Ethan Page made his big debut on tonight's edition of WWE NXT. He attacked NXT Champion Trick Williams and posed with the belt. Shortly after, Shawn Michaels took to Twitter to post the following picture:
Michaels has been managing the creative side of NXT for quite some time now and many feel he has done an incredible job at it. The WWE veteran has received huge praise from fans over the past year or so for his work as the creative head of NXT.
Jordynne Grace made an appearance on WWE TV earlier this year when she competed in the Women's Royal Rumble Match. As for Ethan Page, some fans felt he didn't do much of note during his AEW run and are excited to see what's in store for him in WWE.
