Shayna Baszler responds to WWE fan ahead of high-stakes match on RAW

WWE Superstar Shayna Baszler responded to a fan today on social media ahead of her high-stakes match tomorrow night on RAW. The Queen of Spades was not in action at WWE Survivor Series 2024 last night in Vancouver, Canada.

WWE recently introduced the Women's Intercontinental Championship and a tournament will begin tomorrow on the red brand. Shayna Baszler will be squaring off against Katana Chance and Dakota Kai in a Triple Threat Match to determine which star advances to the next round.

A wrestling fan claimed that they would be upset if Baszler didn't win the Women's Intercontinental Championship and the veteran reacted to the message. You can check out the interaction on X (fka Twitter) by clicking here.

"I’m on board," she wrote.

Baszler is a two-time NXT Women's Champion but has never won a singles title on the main roster. The 44-year-old has captured the Women's Tag Team Championship three times, twice with Nia Jax and once with Ronda Rousey.

Major WWE star comments on her massive victory over Shayna Baszler

Rhea Ripley defeated Shayna Baszler to become NXT Women's Champion back in the day and recently recalled the moment.

The Eradicator competed in the Women's WarGames match last night at WWE Survivor Series. Ripley connected with a Riptide on the Women's World Champion Liv Morgan to pick up the pinfall victory for her team.

In an exclusive interview with Sportskeeda Wrestling, the 28-year-old shared that she felt pure excitement after defeating Baszler to become NXT Women's Champion. She noted that The Queen of Spades was undefeated at the time and it was a major accomplishment for her.

"Man, just pure excitement. I was so pumped, it felt like all the struggles I had gone through in the past two-three years at the Performance Center, I felt like it finally accumulated to this succesful point in my career. Like I had won the NXT UK Women's Championship, I was the inaugural Women's Champion. But to actually make it onto NXT, the main developemental brand, and take out someone with such a historic run like Shayna Baszler, who was undefeated. She had like one of the longest streaks in NXT apart from Asuka. It felt incredible," she said. [2:56 onwards]

Shayna Baszler has not been in action since Pure Fusion Collective was defeated by Damage CTRL earlier this month on WWE RAW. It will be fascinating to see if the veteran can get closer to capturing her first singles title on the main roster by winning the Triple Threat Match tomorrow night on the red brand.
