Sheamus defeats Imperium member on WWE RAW despite interference from former champion

On the SummerSlam fallout episode of WWE RAW, Sheamus had another match with Ludwig Kaiser. Pete Dunne tried to cause an interference but was taken out of the equation.

The Celtic Warrior and the Imperium member started brawling before the match began. They exchanged uppercuts, and Ludwig Kaiser nailed his opponent with a kick to the face and some chops in the corner, but Sheamus returned the favor. Ludwig Kaiser targeted the knee, but Sheamus no-sold it.

The former WWE Champion nailed Kaiser with a rolling senton in the ring. Ludwig escaped to the floor and tried to fake an injury, only for him to blindside his opponent. He then hit the Irish star with a running kick to the steel steps. Sheamus got back into the ring before the ten count.

The two stars traded punches in the ring, and the Celtic Warrior took down Ludwig Kaiser with a few axe handles. Sheamus hit an Iris Cure backbreaker and White Noise for a two-count. He locked the latter in the Cloverleaf, but the Imperium member grabbed the rope.

After Sheamus hit the 10 Beats, Pete Dunne tried to hit him with a shillelagh but missed. He then took out the former NXT UK Champion with a big knee.

Finally, the former WWE Champion nailed Ludwig Kaiser with a Brogue Kick and won the match via pinfall.
