Something big will happen after the Hell in a Cell Match at WWE Bad Blood, predicts ex-host
Former WWE host Matt Camp recently predicted that "something big" will happen at Bad Blood after the opening Hell in a Cell match. He claimed a major championship will probably change hands.
The title in question is the WWE Women's Championship. The current champion, Nia Jax, will put the title on the line against Bayley tonight at Bad Blood. Meanwhile, Tiffany Stratton still carries the Women's Money in the Bank briefcase with a guaranteed shot at her "queen's" championship.
Speaking on his The Wrestling Matt podcast, former RAW Talk Host Matt Camp stated that the company has to do "something big" to engage the audience after CM Punk and Drew McIntyre's Hell in a Cell match. He predicted that Tiffany Stratton would cash in her Money in the Bank contract at Bad Blood if Nia Jax and Bayley's match is second on the card:
"If this is what they're set on, Hell in a Cell opening, Cody and Roman closing, what's in between? How do you make it work? If you put Nia and Bayley in the second match, to me, that's pretty much a lock for a cash in. You have a five-match show. You have big gaps between matches. I think you'd have to have a cash in. (...) I think the cash in makes sense," he said.
Camp then suggested potential scenarios for Stratton's possible cash in tonight in Atlanta, Georgia:
"Now, here's the scenarios I would throw out there for the cash in. I would not have Tiffany cash in on Nia. I would have either Tiffany cash in during the match and pin Bayley or you could have Bayley win but be so beaten down or lay out of whatever that Tiffany cashes in on her after." Tiffany Stratton teased cashing in on Nia Jax last night on WWE SmackDown
Bayley and Nia Jax had a heated confrontation last night on WWE SmackDown with Tiffany Stratton by the champion's side. The face-off turned physical as the challenger beat down Jax with Stratton's Money in the Bank briefcase. Stratton then seemingly teased cashing in on Jax before the latter realized and quickly left the ring.
Later in a backstage segment, Jax confronted Stratton about what happened in the ring before Ms. Money in the Bank's match against Naomi. Meanwhile, she advised Stratton to focus on Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley's Women's World Championship at Bad Blood, claiming that would be a cash in she would survive. The champion also demanded that the 25-year-old vow never to betray her, which the latter did.
Stratton has held the Women's Money in the Bank briefcase since July. It would be interesting to see if she will indeed cash it in tonight at WWE Bad Blood in Atlanta, Georgia.
