Tommy Dreamer believes Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa could add gold to the new Bloodline
Tommy Dreamer has discussed the idea of Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa potentially winning the WWE Tag Team Championships. On the latest edition of SmackDown, Jacob Fatu targeted DIY and took out the newly crowned tag champs.
Speaking on the Busted Open podcast, Dreamer talked about Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa's history as a tag team in New Japan Pro Wrestling. He said:
"If we go history, we go with the brothers. They were tag team champions in New Japan, had a great successful run. I don't know where you go. I think I'd pattern it after what The Bloodline was given the two, Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa, I'd put it on them. They're the established brothers' tag team. And, you know, Jacob Fatu is now kinda just playing the role of Solo cuz Solo is playing the role of Roman. And you have all your pieces together."
The Guerrillas of Destiny are former multi-time IWGP Tag Team Champions. It remains to be seen if they plan on setting their sights on the WWE Tag Team Titles.
