Tama Tonga officially set to face 20-time champion next week on SmackDown in King of the Ring semi-finals

Tama Tonga has qualified for the King of the Ring tournament semi-finals following a massive win over LA Knight. It wasn't without help, but his next opponent has been confirmed as Randy Orton.

While WWE will hold the finals of the King & Queen of the Ring tournament next Saturday in Jeddah, the semi-final matches will be held on RAW and SmackDown, respectively. The Friday Night Show is also set to be held in Saudi Arabia, as it would be much easier logistically than to do an episode in the US and then fly the crew and talent.

In the main event of SmackDown this week, 20-time champion Randy Orton defeated an overconfident Carmelo Hayes with an RKO out of nowhere to set up a semi-final clash against the MFT of The Bloodline Tama Tonga:

Tama Tonga's win over LA Knight came because of Tanga Loa and Solo Sikoa, the latter of whom had a big appearance change.

After the bout, Randy Orton had to remind The Bloodline that he was a 14-time World Champion. King of the Ring is the only accomplishment he has yet to achieve in WWE.

Orton vowed to shove his foot up Tama's a** next week.
