"Thank you for all the love" - 26-year-old WWE star sends emotional message after heartbreaking title loss

A WWE star has sent a very emotional message following a heartbreaking title loss. The star had created history by winning the title in the first place.

Kelani Jordan had the fortune of being the first-ever holder of the NXT Women's North American Championship. She won the title earlier this year on June 9, 2024 at Battleground.

Unfortunately, when the WWE star faced Fallon Henley in a Gauntlet Match at Halloween Havoc, along with the interferences from her teammates, Jaxmyn Nyx and Jacy Jayne, it proved too much for her. She defeated Jayne and Nyx, but then was unable to walk away with her title as Henley became the champion.

Kelani Jordan took to social media after the loss to share an emotional message. She said that in every title defense so far, she had made sure to give everything that she had. She wanted to live up to the expectations that came with being the first star to have held the Women's North American Title. She added that tonight at WWE NXT Halloween Havoc had been no different for her and she thanked fans, before saying that it was only the beginning for her.

"Every title defense I made sure to give it my all. Always wanted to live up to the high expectations of being the first women’s NA Champion. Tonight was no different. Thank you for all the love. Not the end, only the beginning. #TheStandout #WWENXT #HalloweenHavoc."
