"That hurts" - WWE legend thinks legendary combined 29-time champions have major reason to be upset with Cody Rhodes; possible feuds teased
A wrestling legend recently reacted to Cody Rhodes' unlikely alliance with Roman Reigns for WWE Bad Blood. Rikishi, who is a real-life member of The Bloodline, believes that Randy Orton and Kevin Owens have a reason to be upset with the current Undisputed WWE Champion.
One of the unexpected alliances formed two weeks ago on SmackDown when Rhodes agreed to team up with The Original Tribal Chief to take on Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu of The Bloodline at Bad Blood. Some fans thought that it would lead to some potential heat between Rhodes, Orton, and Owens, who have a bad history with Reigns.
On the latest episode of the Off The Top podcast, Sikoa's father Rikishi gave his take on the Rhodes-Reigns team-up and how he'd feel if he was in Orton and Owens' shoes.
"For me, I'd probably be upset because here I am been working with The Bloodline and then all of a sudden, 'Boom! Here comes The OTC back and put together with the man of the company Cody Rhodes. Now, we're kind of like we're out the picture. So yeah, I think that hurts my pocketbook. I think that hurts, I guess. That tells me where I stand in this angle," Rikishi said. [From 16:10 to 16:42]

Kevin Owens and Randy Orton, who have a combined 29 championships in WWE, were just two of many superstars who helped Cody Rhodes finish his story at WrestleMania 40. Owens even teased turning on Rhodes last Friday on SmackDown.
Cody Rhodes compares his WWE story to popular TV show
Speaking on the Good Karma Wrestling podcast, Cody Rhodes opened up about how his story ended when he finally became the Undisputed WWE Champion at WrestleMania 40. Rhodes went on to compare it to the hit HBO TV show 'Game of Thrones' and said:
"If anything, it feels almost like Game of Thrones in wrestling. The bit at the top of my song, 'Wrestling has more than one royal family.' I don't think it was ever intended to be as real as it is. I mean that in a positive for me, but also the crosshair I have on my back from The Bloodline. Any of these families. I'm not QB 1, I'm enemy one. It feels very much that it's become as real as it ever could. I can't think of anything that compares," Rhodes said. [H/T: Fightful]
Cody Rhodes' new story began after WrestleMania 40 as he continues to defend the Undisputed WWE Championship. And just like in Game of Thrones, Rhodes remains haunted by the past and even has to team up with a former enemy.
