"That's where I see myself" - Seth Rollins discusses his future plans after retiring from WWE

WWE Superstar Seth Rollins has commented on what he wants to do after hanging up his wrestling boots. He admitted that he still wanted to work behind the scenes and compared himself to a current company executive.

The Visionary returned a few weeks ago after Bronson Reed put him on the shelf during an earlier episode of RAW. The two stars collided at WWE Crown Jewel last week, and the former Universal Champion won. He is one of the biggest stars of the wrestling industry today and has achieved almost everything during his career.

During a recent appearance on The Pivot Podcast, Seth Rollins stated that when he's no longer a full-time competitor, he wants a backstage role in WWE, as he sees himself as Triple H. He also spoke about dabbling in acting and other things.

"I love my business. I love doing it; I love thinking about it. I love coming up with new ideas. The performance aspect of it is fantastic. For me, when I start to phase out in the ring, I will probably do something behind the scenes. I see myself like Triple H. I might dabble in movies and stuff here and there, but I see myself continuing to help the business grow as I start to age out of the in-ring process... I'm certainly closer to the end than the beginning, but when I do get to that point, that's where I see myself," said Rollins. [H/T Fightful]

Seth Rollins says Jon Moxley is one of his favorite opponents in WWE

The Visionary and Jon Moxley had a big feud after The Shield broke up in 2014. They feuded again in 2018 after the AEW star turned heel.

During the same interview, Seth Rollins named Jon Moxley as one of his favorite opponents he's had in his career.

"My favorite guys that I've ever been in (the ring) with, Ambrose (Jon Moxley) is one of them. You mentioned rivalries, when we broke up The Shield, he and I really got together and did a lot of great stuff in the early part of our careers. And we just complimented each other kind of really well," said Rollins.

It'll be interesting to see whether the two stars ever meet in the ring again. It could happen in WWE or AEW.
