The Bloodline may disband as a faction after major thing involving Roman Reigns occurs, says WWE analyst
The Bloodline is currently in the midst of a civil war on WWE SmackDown. However, WWE analyst Sam Roberts recently suggested the heel faction might not exist by the end of the ongoing civil war.
Following Reigns' loss at WrestleMania 40, Solo Sikoa took control of the group. He added Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Jacob Fatu and eliminated Jimmy Uso and Paul Heyman. The Original Tribal Chief later returned to go after Sikoa and fight for the family's leadership. Jimmy also made his comeback to side with Reigns and the two are seemingly looking to recruit Jey Uso. The former Undisputed WWE Champion is expected to re-form the OG Bloodline to fight Sikoa's faction.
On his Notsam Wrestling podcast, Sam Roberts addressed the future of The Bloodline, claiming the faction may disband after the current civil war ends.
"I think that there's a possibility that The Bloodline gets rebuilt for the purpose of taking out this new Bloodline. And then once that happens and everybody falls in line, I don't know that The Bloodline exists as a faction anymore and instead just kinda spreads its wings. And Roman's top guy here, and Jey's a top guy here. Maybe Solo finds his next lane. Maybe Jimmy finds his next lane. But I think The Bloodline becomes whatever The Bloodline becomes next if that makes sense," he said. [1:16:21-1:16:55]
WWE analyst thinks Roman Reigns might face Solo Sikoa in a Tribal Combat Match
In the same episode of his Notsam Wrestling podcast, Sam Roberts commented on a fan's suggestion to have Roman Reigns go head-to-head with Solo Sikoa in a Tribal Combat Match. While the fan proposed to have Reigns join the new Bloodline and obey Sikoa's orders if the OTC lost, the WWE analyst disapproved of the idea.
Instead, Roberts claimed the loser of the potential square-off could be forced to acknowledge the other as his Tribal Chief.
"I think there is an idea where there's a Tribal Combat Match, where the winner has to get acknowledged by the loser. And if Roman loses, he has to acknowledge Solo Sikoa as his Tribal Chief. But the idea of, 'And you have to do whatever I say,' that's dumb," he said.
The RAW Talk host also addressed the potential return of Paul Heyman. He claimed it could happen after the rumored Bloodline vs. Bloodline WarGames Match at Survivor Series.
