The Bloodline storyline will end with the family uniting under one major WWE Superstar, says Freddie Prinze Jr.
The Bloodline is currently divided as Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa fight over the family's leadership on WWE SmackDown. Former WWE writer Freddie Prinze Jr. recently predicted that the storyline would end with The Bloodline uniting under a top superstar.
Last Friday, Roman Reigns confronted Sikoa over dividing the family. He acknowledged his former enforcer and told him he promised his father to fix their problems. However, the former NXT North American Champion demanded that his cousin acknowledge him as his Tribal Chief, which the latter refused.
The Bloodline ultimately destroyed Reigns after the faction had already taken out The OTC's ally, Jimmy Uso. Many now expect the former Undisputed WWE Champion to reunite with the original Bloodline to fight Sikoa's group.
On his Wrestling with Freddie podcast, Prinze Jr. predicted the outcome of The Bloodline storyline. He claimed the family would unite under Reigns.
"There can be eventual unity when someone brings them together, like Robert the Bruce from Braveheart, unite the clans. And we need a uniter, and we believe it's Roman. It could be someone else. Someone else could come in late and be the reason that everyone gets united. But Roman's still the chief. That's obviously how this story has to end eventually. And I'm sure it's a WrestleMania match, or it doesn't have to be, but it's big enough to be one," he said. [26:40 - 27:04]
Freddie Prinze Jr. also speculated that another WWE legend might unify The Bloodline
Earlier this year, The Rock returned to join The Bloodline under Roman Reigns' leadership. However, he recently showed up at Bad Blood to make a cryptic gesture to The Original Tribal Chief, Cody Rhodes, and Jimmy Uso, following Reigns and The American Nightmare's match against Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu.
As The Final Boss made a cutthroat signal to the three superstars, Sikoa was heard telling Fatu it was part of the plan as they stood among the crowd. On a previous episode of his Wrestling with Freddie podcast, Freddie Prinze Jr. claimed The Rock could be the one to unify The Bloodline.
"[When will The Bloodline be one Bloodline?] It could be coming. It could be coming. The Rock might unify the clans," he said.
WWE analyst Sam Roberts recently predicted that The Bloodline might disband as a faction after their storyline ends with their reunion. It would be interesting to see whether that would happen.
