The Judgment Day betraying a group member in a plan devised by Liv Morgan is possible, says WWE analyst
The Judgment Day turned on Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest at WWE SummerSlam. WWE analyst Sam Roberts suggested another group member may get betrayed by his teammates.
Last week on Monday Night RAW, Dominik Mysterio squared off against Priest. Although The Judgment Day initially agreed not to interfere in the match, all group members did except Finn Balor, to help Dirty Dom secure the victory. In a backstage segment, The Prince seemed unhappy with how things unfolded. He instructed JD McDonagh to run things by him before they made any decision.
On his Notsam Wrestling podcast, Roberts pointed out that Balor is seemingly heading towards a babyface turn:
"It feels like we're moving towards a Finn Balor turn. When you pick up the tea leaves, it feels like that's the direction that things are headed in. And this is not the era where swerves generally happen. This isn't a swerve era. This is more logical. We're following this story,"
Meanwhile, the 41-year-old claimed Liv Morgan could devise a plan for the rest of the group to take out the former Universal Champion:
"But all that said, what if Liv, who's been kind of the brain of all of this from the beginning, what if Liv picks up on this. What if Finn Balor and Liv have this relationship where they've planned this from the beginning but Finn Balor doesn't know that Liv always has a secondary plan. And what if The Judgment Day decides, 'Okay, we're gonna take out Finn Balor?'" Roberts said. [41:34 - 42:23]
Liv Morgan and Finn Balor reacted to their interaction on WWE RAW
When Liv Morgan questioned Finn Balor's reaction to Dominik Mysterio's victory last Monday on RAW, the one-half of the World Tag Team Champions assured his Judgment Day teammate that he was happy for her on-screen boyfriend. He then gave Dirty Dom a thumbs up.
The 43-year-old WWE Superstar later took to X to send a message to Morgan and Mysterio, giving them two thumbs up, indicating that everything was all right between him and his teammates. The Women's World Champion replied to Balor with a thumbs-up emoji himself.
It would be interesting to see if Balor's relationship with his Judgment Day teammates would remain strong in the upcoming weeks.
