The Rock drops a major tease about his WWE Bad Blood status; potential game-changing update
WWE Bad Blood is almost around the corner and many are wondering if The Rock will show up at the event. The Final Boss further fueled the speculations with a major update on social media.
The Brahma Bull was last seen on RAW after WrestleMania 40 where he had a confrontation with Cody Rhodes. Rock warned the American Nightmare that he would return for him before handing him something discreet.
Many believe that the Final Boss is the mastermind behind Solo Sikoa taking over the Bloodline from Roman Reigns. With the OTC set to team up with Cody Rhodes at Bad Blood, there are speculations that the Rock could return to WWE to confront either of the two.
The Hollywood star noted on his recent Instagram post that he will be present in Georgia tonight to see the Apalachee High School Wildcats take the field in their first home game back since their school’s mass shooting about a month ago. Interestingly, Bad Blood will also take place in Atlanta city of Georgia, meaning that the Final Boss could appear at WWE's upcoming premium live event.
Vince Russo also believes The Rock could show up at WWE Bad Blood
The speculations of the Rock showing up at Bad Blood have increased ever since it was reported that Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes vs. The Bloodline will main event the upcoming premium live event. Vince Russo also believes that the reason the tag match is set to headline the show is because Triple H and Co. may have an appearance from the Final Boss up their sleeves:
"I want to add a wildcard to this, which is why Cody and Roman might be on last. They've been dropping some hints that a certain somebody may be showing up during that match. And if that happens, you know it's gotta be last," Russo said.
It is still unclear if The Rock will target Cody Rhodes or Roman Reigns upon his return. The Brahma Bull turned heel during his last run in WWE and put on some of the greatest work of his career. Fans have high hopes for him in his upcoming run.
