The Rock getting involved in major WWE storyline ahead of Netflix debut "would make a lot of sense" (Exclusive)
WWE fans are waiting for The Rock’s music to hit every week as RAW’s Netflix debut inches closer. His involvement in a current feud might bring him back sooner rather than later.
The Great One was last seen in Roman Reigns’ corner for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship match at WrestleMania XL. The Original Tribal Chief returned to screens for the first time after the match at SummerSlam, but Rock is still waiting for the perfect time to come back.
In an Exclusive Live Q&A with Joe Lowry, WrestleVotes was questioned by a fan about The Rock potentially returning for Survivor Series: WarGames. In response, it was mentioned that The Great One will “probably not” get involved physically before or at Survivor Series.
However, considering RAW’s Netflix debut and the upcoming Saturday Night’s Main Event, WrestleVote stated that The Rock’s involvement in The Bloodline’s current problems would make a lot of sense.
"That would make a lot of sense," Joe stated.

However, it was quickly clarified that the source knew nothing for sure, and it just made sense storyline-wise. There is no clarification or word on The Great One’s potential return to WWE’s screens.
The Rock could return to WWE to oppose Roman Reigns on Netflix
WWE will likely book a match between The Great One and The Original Tribal Chief down the line. The seeds to that match could be planted later this year.
The Rock could return in time for Survivor Series or soon after to lead Solo Sikoa and his men. It would be great to see Roman Reigns work against the man who tried to help him fend off Cody Rhodes’ threat at WrestleMania XL.
The rivalry between the two men could lead to a match at WrestleMania 41 or 42. That could ensure that the company has something big to build toward during the Netflix era, as many stars could be traded to the RAW brand.
