The Rock seemingly confirms his immediate WWE future
The Rock returned to WWE at Bad Blood to send shockwaves across the wrestling world. He has now addressed his immediate future ahead of SmackDown this week.
The Bloodline storyline took an unexpected turn at Bad Blood when Jimmy Uso and Dwayne Johnson came back on the same night. One-half of The Usos showed his allegiance to Roman Reigns as he helped The OTC and Cody Rhodes beat Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu in the main event on October 5.
However, the same cannot be said for The Final Boss. His throat-slashing gesture towards Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes, and Jimmy Uso somewhat suggested that he's coming for the babyfaces.
Shortly after the show, fan footage caught Solo Sikoa saying, "It's all part of the plan." This all but confirmed that The Street Champion and The Bloodline are in cahoots with The Rock.
Earlier today, The People's Champ took to his Instagram handle to share the clip of his return. In the caption, he wrote, "The show ain’t over until the Final Boss says it’s over."
The 52-year-old Attitude Era icon also mentioned "See ya down the road," seemingly confirming that his return was a one-off and it will be a while before he comes back again.

Who will The Rock face at WrestleMania 41?
Wrestling fans have been clamoring for a dream match between Roman Reigns and The Rock for years now. It looks like the WWE Universe is going to have a wait a little longer to see this blockbuster match materialize.
According to WrestleVotes on Backstage Pass, The Final Boss' three-count gesture at the end of Bad Blood planted the seeds for a triple-threat match at WrestleMania 41:
"My thought is it signifies that's where we're going for WrestleMania. 1-2-3 as in Triple Threat match. I can tell you that's on the table. I don't know for sure if it's been finalised in any way. It's October 8, I doubt it's been finalised but that idea has been floated," WrestleVotes stated.
In another shocking update, there are apparently plans for Jacob Fatu to betray Solo Sikoa later this year. Will this lead to the OG Bloodline reunion? Only time will tell.
