The Rock seemingly teased massive match against huge WWE star after Bad Blood, says analyst
The Rock made a surprise return at WWE Bad Blood. WWE analyst Sam Roberts thinks The Final Boss might have teased a match against a massive superstar in his backstage promo following his comeback.
The superstar in question is John Cena. The Cenation Leader and The Rock had a heated rivalry over a decade ago. After The Final Boss defeated the 16-time World Champion at WrestleMania 28, the latter scored a victory over him at the following year's Show of Shows. During a backstage promo The Rock cut after his return at Bad Blood last Saturday, the Hollywood megastar commented on a photo of Cena on a production truck, telling the 47-year-old to "go eat some Fruity Pebbles," seemingly taking a shot at his former rival.
On his Notsam Wrestling podcast, Sam Roberts pointed out that The Rock might have teased a third square-off against Cena. The latter will return next year to embark on his retirement tour:
"[The Rock] looks at the John Cena, says, 'Go have some Fruity Pebbles. Makes you wonder. Everything counts. Everything counts on two levels. Number one, everything counts because he hasn't forgotten about twice in a lifetime. Number two, everything counts because John Cena is gonna be back in 2025, gives us the opportunity for thrice in a lifetime," he said. [From 22:25 to 22:44]

The Rock and John Cena had a confrontation at WWE WrestleMania 40
After The Rock's comments about John Cena after Bad Blood, the latter took to Instagram to seemingly respond. The Cenation Leader posted a photo of a Fruity Pebbles box.
The Final Boss and the 16-time World Champion last shared the ring earlier this year during Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns' Undisputed WWE Championship Bloodline Rules Match. After Cena took out Solo Sikoa, he was confronted by The Rock. The latter laid out his former rival with a Rock Bottom.
While many expect Cena to have some big matches on his retirement tour, it would be interesting to see if he will go head-to-head one more time against The Final Boss.
