The Rock and WWE Hall of Famer had "professional jealousy," says wrestling veteran
The Rock has been part of WWE for decades, and The Final Boss is not leaving anytime soon after becoming a board member. Meanwhile, Konnan spoke about the professional jealousy between The Brahma Bull and Hall of Famer Kevin Nash.
It's been over two decades since The Rock worked with WWE as a full-time performer. The People's Champion has seen the landscape of professional wrestling change since the company acquired WCW and top stars from Ted Turner's promotion joined Vince McMahon's roster.
Speaking on Keepin' It 100 OFFICIAL, Konnan recalled an incident where Kevin Nash wanted to take shots at The Rock after his gynecomastia surgery. The veteran believes that the two stars had professional jealousy, as they were the top stars of their respective promotion before the merger.
"I do know this I think there was professional jealousy between [Kevin] Nash and Rock because I remember one time I was watching a WWE show with Nash, and Rock lifted his hands up and you could see he had gyno. He [Kevin Nash] goes the first promo I would cut on him is 'Hey estrogen boy'. I think it was always like Nash was the top guy in WCW, The Rock was the top guy in WWE, and there's a little top guy jealousy," Konnan said. [From 03:09 to 03:40]

The Rock scored a pin over current Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania XL
Earlier this year, The Rock returned to the Stamford-based company, as he had plans to sit at the "Head of the Table." However, it all changed drastically for the star when fans made their voice heard and supported Cody Rhodes.
After the Royal Rumble, The Rock turned heel and went up against Seth Rollins and Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania press conference. The People's Champion became The Final Boss and aligned with The Bloodline.
Instead of going after Roman Reigns, The Rock decided to team up with The Tribal Chief and take on the team of the World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins and the Royal Rumble winner, Cody Rhodes.
During the main event in Philadelphia, The Final Boss pinned The American Nightmare to close the first night. After Cody Rhodes won the title, The Rock confronted him on Monday Night RAW before going on a hiatus.
