"The STALKER is banned from the building" - Sami Zayn issues public statement ahead of major appearance outside WWE
WWE Superstar Sami Zayn recently took to social media to issue a public statement ahead of his massive appearance outside of the Stamford-based promotion. Zayn has been signed with World Wrestling Entertainment since 2013 and has made a huge name in the pro wrestling world by winning several titles.
The 39-year-old star is also the current Intercontinental Champion after he finally ended Gunther's incredible reign at WrestleMania XL. The former Bloodline member has defended his title against several opponents and his next challenger is Bron Breakker. The duo are set to lock horns at the Money in the Bank Premium Live Event in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Sami Zayn recently took to X/Twitter to issue a public statement as he uploaded screenshots of his and Hollywood star Johnny Knoxville's posts. Zayn jokingly called Knoxville a stalker and assured everyone that he was banned from the venue of the current Intercontinental Champion's comedy show Sami Zayn & Friends at Netflix Is A Joke Festival 2024.
"I posted the picture on the left 66 minutes ago. JOHNNY KNOXVILLE POSTED THE PICTURE ON THE RIGHT EXACTLY ONE MINUTE LATER. Don’t worry #Toronto, this STALKER is banned from the building, you can feel safe getting tickets for tonight if you haven’t yet," Sami Zayn shared.

Whether The Underdog from the Underground retains his title at Money in the Bank 2024 remains to be seen.

In 2022, Johnny Knoxville made several appearances in WWE. The Hollywood actor also participated in the Men's Royal Rumble Match and was eliminated by Sami Zayn. Following this, Knoxville returned to the Stamford-based promotion to challenge Zayn for the Intercontinental Championship but the latter rejected his proposal and attacked him instead.
Johnny Knoxville then cost Sami Zayn the title against Ricochet before accepting Zayn's challenge for a match at WrestleMania 38. At The Show of Shows, Knoxville emerged victorious with some help from his movie's cast members.
Sami Zayn recently talked about his comedy gig, saying that he was comfortable with last-minute changes in his performance rather than knowing everything beforehand.
