The Undertaker could get involved with popular faction on RAW, feels legendary wrestling personality (Exclusive)
Hall of Famer journalist and Sportskeeda senior editor Bill Apter recently spoke about the Undertaker returning for one last match. The Deadman retired in 2020 and was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2022.
Taker created a bit of a stir on Logan Paul's ImPaulsive podcast when he mentioned that he would be open to one last match. The 59-year-old star also acknowledged his body's wear and tear and hoped it would live up to the fans' expectations.
During this week's episode of Sportskeeda's The Wrestling Time Machine, Apter detailed that Taker could be involved in a storyline with The Wyatt Sicks. He recalled that time The Undertaker shared a quiet exchange with Bray Wyatt in 2023 on the 30th anniversary special episode of RAW which could be the backstory to the feud.
"For one last ride, I could see him [The Undertaker] somehow getting upset. You remember the time when he whispered something into the ear of Bray Wyatt. Now the Wyatt Sicks is around and maybe there's something that's ticking him off about theWyatt Sicks. He may want to get involved in a Cinematic match or a very quick kill in the ring with a tombstone [piledriver] and a pin to teach someone in the Wyatt Sicks a lesson. They can tie this into this whole string with that whispering of Bray Wyatt." [From 01:20 onwards]
The Deadman last competed at WrestleMania 36 against AJ Styles in a Boneyard Match. After hanging his boots, he made several cameo appearances with the latest one being during the main event of WrestleMania XL earlier this year in the Bloodline Rules bout.
It will be interesting to see if The Undertaker competes in a WWE ring again in the future.
