Tiffany Stratton sends 5-word message after announcement of her first-ever televised match against Grand Slam Champion

Tiffany Stratton has a huge task ahead of her on SmackDown this week. The first episode of the blue brand after Bash in Berlin will feature her in a first-time-ever televised match against a Grand Slam Champion. She sent out a five-word message in response.

Tiffany Stratton has been by Nia Jax's side but has been less than subtle about her intentions to cash in her Money in the Bank briefcase. Even in Live Events, she repeatedly teased cashing in the contract. SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis stated on social media that in a first-time-ever televised match, Tiffany Stratton will face Grand Slam Champion Bayley. The two have only faced each other on the live event circuit four times this year, making them untelevised bouts.

Bayley returned to SmackDown last week to help Michin and successfully drove Tiffany away. Although Nia Jax still has a stronghold over the WWE Women's Championship, Bayley will look to regain her lost crown.

In a response to Nick Aldis' announcement, Tiffany Stratton posted a five-word message on her Instagram stories saying:

"I'm gonna tiffy torture you @itsmebayley."

Tiffany Stratton reacted to her botch on SmackDown

Not everything went well for Tiffany on SmackDown last week. Apart from getting chased away by the returning Bayley, she suffered a bit of an embarrassing botch as she tripped over the barricade while making her escape.

The Buff Barbie simply said "I Tiffy tripped" when addressing the botch on SmackDown at the end of August. It was an unfortunate moment and thankfully, nothing else happened.

The match between Tiffany Stratton and Bayley is going to be a huge one. On one hand, there's the up-and-comer who hasn't been in the wrestling business for very long, while Bayley has lived and breathed wrestling her entire life, having a decade of experience in WWE alone.
