Top RAW star says he would love to face Roman Reigns for the first time ever
Roman Reigns is the top WWE superstar of this generation and there's no disputing it. While every wrestler on the planet would likely want to face him, one top RAW star who hasn't before wants to make it happen.
Roman Reigns' WWE status seems uncertain, although many expect him to return at SummerSlam 2024. PWInsider, for example, reported a few weeks ago that he is expected to be at the event - but was vague about what his role could possibly be.
WWE stars were asked by IGN about their dream opponents and SummerSlam matches. "El Campeon" Damian Priest first spoke about facing his Judgment Day brother Finn Balor before diverting and said he was going straight to the top and wanted to face Roman Reigns.
"I've never squared off with him. I would love to have that. Hopefully, we'll get to that one of these days." [2:16 - 2:19]

Inevitable Roman Reigns return could be delayed beyond SummerSlam, says wrestling veteran
The question of The Tribal Chief's return seems to be a matter of "when" and not "if". The "We want Roman" chants have been growing louder each passing week as Solo Sikoa has shown an iron grip over The Bloodline.
Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer discussed the topic of Reigns' return and said that it could be saved for months down the line as WWE could be eyeing a Reigns vs. Solo Sikoa match at WrestleMania 41 while Cody Rhodes faces The Rock:
''It’s inevitable this happens [Reigns returning] and the timing feels right, but they also could easily save this for months down the line as Reigns vs. Sikoa feels like a WrestleMania match to go with Rhodes vs. The Rock,'' said Meltzer.
Business is about to pick up once the Tribal Chief returns to WWE. There's also the unfinished trilogy match against Cody Rhodes that awaits.
