Top WWE star breaks silence after becoming No. 1 Contender during recent event; uploads picture with Shawn Michaels
WWE presented NXT Deadline on December 7, and the show's main event grabbed the spotlight. The Women's Iron Survivor match headlined the show, with Giulia ending up victorious after defeating some of the biggest names in the women's wrestling industry today.
While all the women who were a part of the contest, which included Sol Ruca, Stephanie Vaquer, Zaria, and Wren Sinclair, turned out commendable performances, Giulia was the only one with two falls to her name by the end of the 25-minute match.
After becoming the #1 Contender for the NXT Women's Championship, the 30-year-old broke silence in a recent message on X. Uploading a picture with WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels, the star gave a shout-out to all the women in the match for their incredible performance, stating that she wanted to face them in singles matches.
"I managed to survive! And I found everyone truly amazing. Can’t wait for fighting you all in one-on-one," she wrote.
Giulia also warned Roxanne Perez following her win at WWE NXT Deadline
After the biggest win of her career at NXT Deadline, the 30-year-old is now the number-one contender for the NXT Women's Championship.
Giulia will challenge Roxanne Perez for the title at NXT New Year's Evil. Following her victory, she also sent a massive warning to Perez ahead of their much-anticipated match.
"You are not done with me yet, Roxanne," Giulia said.
