Top WWE star calls himself "opposite of The Undertaker," his WrestleMania record is an embarrassing 0-3
A top WWE Superstar just stated that he's the opposite of The Undertaker, when it came to his performances at WrestleMania. Dominik Mysterio is currently 0-3 at The Show of Shows.
Dominik competed in his first WrestleMania match back in 2022 and has been a part of every 'Mania since then. However, he has not won a single match at The Grandest Stage of Them All yet.
In a new interview with the No-Contest Wrestling Podcast, Dominik Mysterio opened up about his WrestleMania losing streak and had the following to say about the same:
"I'm O and three at 'Mania. Which is crazy, it's insane. I'm gonna be the opposite of The Undertaker." [16:34-16:44]
The Undertaker talks about his WrestleMania streak
Last year, The Undertaker had a chat with Ariel Helwani on BT Sport and opened up about Brock Lesnar ending his WrestleMania streak. Here's what the WWE Hall of Famer had to say about it:
“It’s hard to say. I don’t think Brock needed it. I think Brock was a major attraction, he was a star, and he was made. I don’t know that it enhanced him anymore. I think it would have been great for Roman if Brock hadn’t already done it. It would have been a huge thing for Roman (Reigns). I don’t know that it meant the same to Brock as it would have meant to Roman or anybody else who would have done it because Brock had already been there. Brock had already gone off to UFC. He already had all these major accomplishments. I think it could have helped somebody else.” [H/T - WrestlingNewsCo]
'Taker last wrestled four years ago and defeated AJ Styles in a Boneyard match at WrestleMania 36. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame by Vince McMahon himself, and headlined the class of 2022.
