Top WWE star wins match in only 2 minutes and 34 seconds soon after Triple H makes announcement about new title

A top WWE star wasted no time at all in getting a huge win after a Triple H announcement. The race to crown a new champion is now on.

Triple H announced that Kairi Sane would face Electra Lopez for a spot in the semifinals of the Speed Tournament to crown the first WWE Speed Women's Champion. The match would crown the inaugural champion to mirror the men's division as well. The Speed titles are exclusive to the X platform at the moment per WWE's deal with them, so they are never seen on any of the main shows. It remains to be seen who is crowned the first champion.

In her quarter-final match, Kairi Sane faced Elektra Lopez and wasted no time in getting the win. She was dominant for the most part and came away with the win, destroying Lopez in the process. She didn't use the full three minutes and won within 2 minutes and 34 seconds of the match starting.

Soon after Triple H announced her match, she won and is now headed into the tournament's semifinals, hoping to become the first-ever champion.

Now, the winner of the match between Candice LeRae and Piper Niven will fill the last spot. SKY will battle Naomi in the semifinals while Sane waits to find out whom she will face. The winner of these two matches will then face each other to crown the new champion.
