Top WWE Superstar continues unfortunate 428-day streak after loss against Rhea Ripley

Rhea Ripley had a couple of huge matches this week at a big WWE event. The star's win led to another star's unfortunate 428-day streak continuing.

Last night at the WWE live event in Columbus, Rhea Ripley teamed up with Damian Priest to face Karrion Kross and Scarlett in a mixed tag team match. However, that would not be the only time they faced each other over the weekend. The stars battled each other again at the live event in Huntsville.

Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest made short work of their opponents as can be seen below. The Nightmare got the infamous pin on Scarlett as well after a Riptide, leaving her unable to move. The video of the moment can be seen below. However, the win also signified a very unfortunate 428-day streak continuing.

Scarlett's last win in a WWE match came back on June 16, when she defeated AJ Styles and Mia Yim in a mixed tag team match. Since then, the star has hardly wrestled. Her match at Huntsville was her third match in more than a year, and it also continued the unfortunate streak.

The star wrestled on June 29, 2023, against Lyra Valkyria and lost the match. After that, with her losses at Columbus, and now Huntsville, the star has been only losing matches for 428 days.

Given her very few matches, she's not had the opportunity to break out of the pattern either. However, with her having wrestled two matches over two days, it could be that she is set for an in-ring return on WWE TV as well.
