Triple H breaks silence after major WWE debut

Triple H broke his silence on social media today following a major WWE debut last night. The promotion is on the road to WWE Bad Blood this Saturday night in Atlanta, Georgia.

The King of Kings took to social media following NXT's debut on the CW Network and noted that he was inspired by the talent he worked with. He also included a backstage video from last night's episode of NXT, and you can check it out in the video below.

"It was a very special night in Chicago last night for @WWENXT. I’m always inspired when I’m around. The talent, work ethic and desire to be the best was evident throughout the night. @ShawnMichaels and crew put on an excellent show, and I can’t wait to see what’s next. #WWENXT," he wrote.

NXT debuted on the CW Network last night at the Allstate Arena in Chicago, Illinois. Trick Williams defeated Ethan Page to capture the NXT Championship, with CM Punk serving as the Special Guest Referee for the match. Giulia also competed on the show but lost to NXT Women's Champion Roxanne Perez after Cora Jade interfered in the match.

Former WWE writer claims Triple H is failing LA Knight

Vince Russo recently claimed that Triple H's booking has failed United States Champion LA Knight on SmackDown.

The Megastar won the United States Championship by defeating Logan Paul at SummerSlam earlier this year. Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's BroDown, Russo praised Knight as a performer but suggested the company didn't have a plan for him. The veteran noted that the United States Champion was relying on Triple H's creative and the promotion needed to give him better material to work with.

"LA Knight is a very very talented performer but if they don’t have a story for him, it’s gonna get old and it’s gonna get stale. That to me is what’s happening to LA Knight and it’s on LA Knight. LA Knight does not write the show bro. He’s depending on Hunter [Triple H], depending on creative. They need to feed him material. If they don’t feed him material, it’s gonna get stale."
