Triple H doesn't have a "clue what to do," according to WWE veteran (Exclusive)
Triple H is one of the most successful WWE stars of all time, with 14 world titles to his name. He has also enjoyed much success in backstage roles since hanging up his wrestling boots. As the Chief Content Officer, The Game is in charge of the company's creative direction. While many fans are fond of his recent work, Vince Russo is seemingly not one of them.
Vince Russo was the head writer for WWE during the Attitude Era. He left the company to work for WCW and later joined TNA Wrestling.
On Sportskeeda Wrestling's Legion of RAW, Vince Russo was critical of Triple H's recent booking decisions. He claimed that pro wrestlers-turned-bookers often failed to thrive in creative roles. The 63-year-old added that the WWE Chief Content Officer was possibly facing the same issue.
"Wrestlers, bro, don't know how to book anybody other than themselves okay? Triple H can book himself all day long, Triple H cannot book other wrestlers and bro, that's throughout history. They can book themselves. When it comes to booking other people, they don't have a clue what to do." (15:36 - 15:58)
Contrary to Russo's take, the former WWE Champion has been integral to the company's success over the past several years.
