Triple H issues a statement after heartbreaking news rocks the wrestling world

WWE's Chief Content Officer Triple H issued a statement after the tragic news of Kevin Sullivan's passing at 74.

Triple H has often paid tribute to industry legends during his time in the company. The Game has previously issued statements when a legend or veteran entered the Hall of Fame or shocked the world due to their untimely passing. Today, Kevin Sullivan's passing was announced.

Several veterans and Superstars have started to react to The Taskmaster's untimely passing. Triple H took to X and addressed the veteran's passing by issuing a statement. The Game praised the WCW star's previous work and sent condolences to his family and friends.

"Kevin Sullivan had one of the most unique minds in the history of our industry, pushing creative boundaries and developing some of the most intriguing characters to step into the ring. He had an unwavering passion for what we do. My thoughts are with his family, friends & fans," Hunter wrote.

Earlier this year, Kevin Sullivan had a car accident in Florida. The tragic incident impacted his health significantly, and ultimately led to his untimely passing on August 9th, 2024.
