Triple H makes blockbuster announcement about new WWE title belt after RAW: "brand new legacy"
Triple H made a huge announcement immediately after the latest episode of WWE RAW. He spoke about the new WWE title belts after the show went off the air.
At Bad Blood 2024, The Game came out to talk about a "huge announcement" and then went on to say that at Crown Jewel 2024, the two big men's and women's champions would be having annual matches. The Undisputed WWE Champion will face the World Heavyweight Champion, and the WWE Women's Champion will face the Women's World Champion, with the winner of each match winning a Crown Jewel Championship.
There were some doubts about who would be facing who heading into it for the men's match, as Gunther still had to defend his championship against Sami Zayn. If Zayn had won, then he would face Cody Rhodes at the show, but at the end of the day, The Ring General was able to put him to sleep.
This now confirms that Cody Rhodes will face Gunther, and Triple H made it official by announcing the matches on X/Twitter. He also confirmed that Nia Jax would be facing Liv Morgan on the show.
"Two colossal collisions to mark the beginning of a brand new legacy… The first-ever Crown Jewel Champions will be crowned in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia at #WWECrownJewel on Nov. 2, streaming live at 1pm ET @peacock @WWENetwork #RiyadhSeason," Triple H shared.

It remains to be seen which stars come away with the win, and if Triple H will present them with the title at Crown Jewel 2024.
