The Game and The Hitman go a long way back, with both of them being instrumental to the infamous incident in Montreal at Survivor Series 1997 when Bret Hart lost his WWE Title to Shawn Michaels under controversial circumstances.

The Game has been close friends with The Heartbreak Kid and was allegedly the mastermind of the shocking finish in Montreal. Despite the tense history between Triple H and Bret Hart, the two veterans reportedly got along well backstage in this week's RAW.
