Triple H reacts after WWE officially makes a blockbuster announcement
Triple H has shared his thoughts on WWE launching an interesting program for up-and-coming stars in pro wrestling. It could be a game-changing move for the sports entertainment juggernaut.
The Stamford-based promotion recently announced the launch of WWE ID (aka WWE Independent Development), a program that will help the growth of promising stars on the independent circuit, potentially leading to them having a career in WWE.
Booker T's Reality of Wrestling, Cody Rhodes' Nightmare Factory, and Seth Rollins' Black and Brave Academy are some of the first wrestling schools to get an official designation under this new initiative.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Chief Content Officer Triple H heaped praise on the independent scene, calling it "incredible." He then mentioned that the new program could help establish the next generation of superstars in WWE.
You can check out his post below:
"The level of talent on the independent scene is incredible. They’re grinding away to make their dream a reality, and I’m excited for WWE to be on the forefront of supporting their journeys. @WWEID is here to help identify, support and build the next generation of WWE Superstars," tweeted The Game.
Top heel comments on Triple H's booking in WWE
While speaking during his interview with India Today, Bronson Reed stated that The Game "has a vision" for all the talent in the sports entertainment juggernaut.
Reed then revealed that Triple H was the mastermind behind him hitting six Tsunamis on Seth Rollins on Monday Night RAW, back in August.
"He definitely has a vision for everyone in WWE, and sometimes, it’s about being in the right place at the right time. Since I’ve been back, I’ve always aimed for these big matches, and it’s paid off by being on TV week after week and delivering standout performances. Those six Tsunamis I hit on Seth were a big moment that Triple H had in mind, and it’s worked. Since then, my confidence has been key. I put it out there, and now WWE is just running with it."
It will be interesting what kind of ideas The Cerebral Assassin has for independent wrestlers who may move up through the WWE ID program and onto the three brands of the Stamford-based promotion. Only time will tell.
