Triple H reveals the moment he realized major celebrity could be a huge WWE star
Triple H is currently the Chief Content Officer and Creative Head of WWE. The Game recently revealed what made him realize that a celebrity who later competed in multiple matches, including one at WrestleMania, would become a star in the wrestling world as well.
Bad Bunny made his WWE debut during the pandemic at WrestleMania 37, where he teamed up with Damian Priest to beat John Morrison and The Miz in a tag team match. He returned to the squared circle the following year to compete in the 2022 Men's Royal Rumble Match. The Puerto Rican rapper's third and final in-ring appearance saw him defeat Priest in a San Juan Street Fight at Backlash 2023.
During his appearance on The Roommates Show, Triple H stated that when he saw Bad Bunny imitating his 'water spit' entrance during an NBA game, he realized the latter could be a WWE star. The Game added that the wrestling promotion contacted Bunny only after that.
"That’s one of the first times I realized how big of a WWE star [he could become]. [...] I obviously knew who he was and his music. I saw that clip and was like, 'He’s a big WWE fan.' That’s what started us talking to him," he said. [H/T: Fightful]

Triple H opens up about potential celebrity appearances at WrestleMania 41
WrestleMania, WWE's biggest event of the year, features appearances from several celebrities every year.
Later in the conversation, Triple H claimed he already had a list of celebrities who wanted to be at The Showcase of The Immortals. He added that the global juggernaut would pick only the biggest names and those making sense storyline-wise:
"I have a celebrity list a mile long from people that want to do something for WrestleMania in April Vegas at Allegiant Stadium. We just don't have the real estate to do it with them, so we'll pick the biggest ones and the ones that make sense storyline wise, and we'll do it with them. But it's incredible, the amount of people that want to be involved," he said. [From 1:22:50 to 1:23:13]
