Triple H sends a message as record-breaking WWE star wins gold at the Paris Olympics 2024
WWE's Chief Content Officer Triple H recently took to social media to send a congratulatory message to a record-breaking star after she won gold at the Paris Olympics 2024. The name in question is the Stamford-based promotion's NIL program athlete Masai Russell.
In 2021, World Wrestling Entertainment launched a NIL (Name, Image & Likeness) program for college athletes to find future wrestling stars. Russell was one of the inaugural class members of the program and has already broken the U.S. NCAA 100m hurdles record. The star has now won gold at the Paris Olympics in the women's 100m hurdles, beating the runner-up by just a difference of 0.01 seconds.
Triple H recently took to X/Twitter to send a message after Masai Russell achieved the gold medal. The Game congratulated Russell, noting that she was one of the inaugural NIL class members.
"Huge congrats to inaugural [NIL] class member Masai Russell on taking home Olympic gold in the 100m hurdles," he wrote.
