Triple H shares huge tease ahead of historic WWE move
Triple H shared a major tease today on social media ahead of a historic move for WWE. The promotion is currently on the road to WWE Crown Jewel next month in Saudi Arabia.
WWE RAW will be making the jump from the USA Network to Netflix starting in January 2025. The promotion inked an historic 10-year deal with Netflix to show RAW live every week on the streaming platform.
The King of Kings shared an interesting video on social media today ahead of RAW's move to Netflix. The video featured a wrestler named "Cutler" posing in the ring in front of a green screen, and you can check it out in The Game's post below.
"Hang on tight… the road to @netflix begins," he wrote.
The 55-year-old introduced the Crown Jewel Championships at Bad Blood earlier this month. Cody Rhodes will be squaring off against Gunther on November 2 to determine the Men's Crown Jewel Champion, and Nia Jax and Liv Morgan are scheduled to compete for the Women's Crown Jewel Championship as well.
Former WWE writer claims Triple H and Tony Khan keep making the same mistakes
Wrestling legend Vince Russo recently stated that both WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H and AEW President Tony Khan keep making the same mistake as bookers.
On the latest edition of Sportskeeda Wrestling's Writing with Russo show, the veteran suggested that neither Triple H nor Tony Khan were writers. He noted that character traits needed to be established for stars on television and the viewer needed to be reminded of them regularly.
"The two guys in charge are not writers," Russo said. "Hunter [Triple H] is not a writer. Tony Khan is not a writer. You've got to write characters and they've gotta have character traits and you gotta keep pounding those character traits home and you see those character traits in storylines. You can't see character traits in the ring." [8:05 – 8:31]
