Triple H and Shawn Michaels deliver important message ahead of WWE NXT

Triple H and Shawn Michaels shared an important message ahead of tonight's edition of WWE NXT. Tonight's episode of the developmental brand will air live from St. Louis, Missouri, and Randy Orton will be in action against Je'Von Evans.

Ahead of tonight's edition of NXT on the CW Network, Shawn Michaels and Triple H delivered a humorous announcement. The two veterans delivered a D-Generation X-style special report and revealed the standards and practices for the company's third brand moving forward.

The Game and The Heartbreak Kid hilariously claimed that they would only be using popular terms such as "ratio" on television and promoted NXT on the CW Network every Tuesday night. You can check out the video in the post below.

NXT debuted on the CW Network last week in Chicago. CM Punk served as the Special Guest Referee for the NXT Championship match between Trick Williams and Ethan Page at the event.

Trick Williams captured the NXT Championship in the main event last week, and Punk caught Page with a GTS after the match.

WWE star compares Shawn Michaels and Triple H as bookers

SmackDown star Baron Corbin recently compared Shawn Michaels and Triple H as bookers in WWE.

Speaking with Sportskeeda Wrestling's Bill Apter in an exclusive interview earlier this year, The Lone Wolf compared the WWE legends as bookers for the promotion. He noted that both wanted to have dominant stars and a lot of action featured on the show.

"I mean, I think the cool thing is they're fairly similar. They both have a similar mind for the show they're trying to create. They wanna have action. They wanna have car crashes. They wanna have dominant superstars. Guys that can hand out beatings and guys that can go. I think that's something that's really amazing," he said. [From 01:25 – 01:45]

Trick Williams is set to appear on tonight's episode of the Tuesday night show, and Oba Femi will be defending his North American Championship against Tony D'Angelo. It will be interesting to see if WWE has any surprises planned during tonight's episode of NXT.
