Unfortunate update on Seth Rollins' future in WWE after he coughs up blood

Seth Rollins is not doing well in WWE right now. The company provided an unfortunate update on his health.

He ate a Go To Sleep but ended up with the three-count for Drew McIntyre. The latter may claim to be done with Punk, but the star is still after him. Rollins came in to stake his claim on Punk but ended up attacked by Bronson Reed.

Reed destroyed the star. Rollins was hit with six splashes from the top rope, which left him almost unable to breathe and coughing blood. Adam Pearce updated the WWE Universe that he needed to be taken to the hospital due to potential bleeding.

Now, WWE has provided an unfortunate update on Seth Rollins after he coughed up blood and was taken to the hospital. Michael Cole and Pat McAfee announced on commentary that he needed a CAT scan, an endoscopy, and X-rays. They added that the star's future in WWE was uncertain until more could be determined.

For now, fans will have to wait for the results of the medical investigation and procedures. It remains to be seen if Seth Rollins is fit enough to return next week.
