Unnecessary RAW segment ruined Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio's romantic storyline, feels wrestling veteran (Exclusive)

Former WWE head writer Vince Russo feels the company has dropped the ball with the whole Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio storyline. The angle was heavily featured during this week's episode of RAW with Morgan making multiple appearances.

This week on RAW, Morgan convinced R-Truth to give Judgment Day a shot at the World Team Team Titles. Later, Damian Priest walked into the Judgment Day clubhouse only to find Liv walking out. Balor was inside the clubhouse the whole time and he informed Priest that Morgan had gotten them a title opportunity.

This week on Sportskeeda Wrestling's Legion of RAW, Russo felt WWE entirely gave away the plot this week. He detailed that fans were smart enough to figure out Finn is the brains behind Liv Morgan trying to seduce Dominik Mysterio. He felt the team shouldn't have aired the segment where Liv came out of the room and Balor was in there.

"These are nuances. If you're paying attention to the show, you'll see these things. You don't need to tell. Now they've totally tipped the hand with Finn Balor is behind Liv Morgan. I don't know why they did that. Why did they do that? Remember he took the card and they showed us in slow motion a million times. Then this week, oh she's leaving the room and Finn is in there. Why are you tipping your hand, bro? Let us figure that out for ourselves." [34:45 onwards]

During the main event, Liv once again showed up to distract The Miz and R-Truth.

She dropped Truth using the top rope, allowing Balor to hit the Coup de Grace for the win, making Finn Balor and JD McDonagh the new World Tag Team Champions.
