Veteran questions WWE's booking of real-life Bloodline member at Survivor Series: WarGames
WWE Survivor Series: WarGames saw The OG Bloodline and CM Punk walk out with a victory against Solo Sikoa's faction. Recently, Dutch Mantell questioned the management why they would book Jimmy Uso's spot close to Bronson Reed's splash from the top of the cage.
Survivor Series: WarGames in Canada was a successful event. However, three superstars left the arena with injuries. Jimmy Uso, Bronson Reed, and Tonga Loa are on the shelf as the three stars went beyond their limit and got injured in the match.
Speaking on Story Time with Dutch Mantell, the veteran questions management's motives for booking Jimmy Uso near Bronson Reed's dangerous spot and if they disregard stars' health in high-risk moves:
"[Why did WWE book Jimmy Uso's spot right after Bronson Reed's splash?] That's a good question. I think my next call to WWE, I'm going to find out who the agent was on that match, and I'm going to call him up and ask him point-blank, Why did you schedule them so close together? Not taking into account that these guys could get hurt, but yet he has to go up there and do it," Mantell said. (From 1:07:00 to 1:07:25)
Major WWE star breaks character to praise Bloodline-members, Jimmy Uso and Jey Uso
The Bloodline caused havoc on Friday Night SmackDown for years to come, and Kevin Owens was the faction's first victim. However, The Prizefighter, alongside Sami Zayn, ended their tyranny when they dethroned The Usos at WrestleMania 39 for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships.
In a video titled WWE Retrospective, the former Universal Champion spoke highly of The Bloodline's Jimmy and Jey Uso and reflected on the time he and Zayn faced The Usos in the main event of WrestleMania 39 in California:
"If you're talking about tag team wrestling, man, The Usos are just the best. There's just something about how they do tag team wrestling, how they view tag team wrestling, and how they think about tag team wrestling that's unmatched," Owens said.
The Prizefighter has been unhappy with Cody Rhodes and Sami Zayn's decisions to help Roman Reigns. It'll be interesting to see what the star does next when it comes to The Bloodline.
