[VIDEO] 35-year-old-star teases WWE return after 2 years away

One of the mainstays in WWE a few years ago was Tyler Breeze. He had a great run on the main roster and in NXT. While he hasn't competed in the promotion for the past two years, he has dropped a tease.

Tyler Breeze last competed in Titanland on the June 15, 2021, edition of NXT. Unfortunately, on June 25, 2021, he was released from his contract alongside his tag team partner Fandango. While he has been a part of the UpUpDownDown YouTube Channel and is also a playable character in WWE 2K23, he hasn't made a comeback as a wrestler.

The 35-year-old star recently took to Instagram to showcase a clip of what looked to be his wrestling gear, potentially teasing a return to the ring. He teased his fans by stating that maybe two years was too long:

"Hmmm maybe 2 years has been too long…." stated Tyler Breeze.

While nothing is confirmed yet, fans will certainly be thrilled to see Prince Pretty back in WWE.

A brief history of Tyler Breeze in WWE

Tyler Breeze debuted n the NXT brand in 2012 and quickly underwent a gimmick change to become what we all know him as, a heel which took selfies while he made his entrance. He also challenged then NXT Champion Neville for the coveted title a couple of times but to no avail.

After a not-so-great start to his career on the main roster, Prince Pretty was paired with Fandango (now known as Dirty Dango in Impact Wrestling). The duo was called Breezango and was featured in hilarious comedy skits every week, dubbed "Fashion Files." Breezango also challenged for the Tag Team Championships before returning to NXT.

In their second run-in on the black and yellow brand, the two defeated Imperium to become the NXT Tag Team Champions. After a short reign, they lost the titles to Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch and were later released from their contracts.
